Growing Stronger Minds from the Ground Up
Children and Teens
Garden of Friends Foundation offers our mental health approach for children and teens, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. This non-verbal, medical method should be implemented in all educational institutions—from elementary and high school to tertiary levels.
By introducing physical tools and resources at an early age, we can help break the cycle of bullying, behavioral disorders, oppositional defiance, emotional challenges, and the negative impact of social media.
This approach addresses the root causes of mental health struggles—whether stemming from parenting, environmental influences, or social isolation. Combined with medication when necessary, our modality provides a powerful tool in curbing the growing mental health crisis affecting youth across the globe.
We proudly serve children ages 8 and up.

Bullying Therapy
Now More Urgent Than Ever.
Many children face the challenges of bullying, yet most parents are not fully equipped to navigate or support them through it.
Bullying is a pervasive social issue that leaves a deep, often invisible impact on the mental health of everyone involved. Both the bullied and the bully are often expressing an unspoken cry for help.
The long-term effects can appear in many forms—anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty forming relationships, and trouble focusing or learning. Addressing this issue early is crucial to breaking the cycle and supporting lasting emotional well-being.

Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) Therapy
A behavioral condition marked by persistent uncooperative, rebellious, and angry behavior toward authority figures. Symptoms typically begin by age 8 and often remain stable between ages 5 and 10, sometimes declining afterward.
Children and teens with ODD often struggle with additional mental health challenges such as anxiety, OCD, mood disorders like depression, and impulse control issues.
Common signs include:
– Frequent anger and irritability
– Argumentative or defiant behavior
– Vindictiveness
– Moodiness, frustration, and low self-esteem
While ODD is traditionally treated with psychotherapy and parent management training, these methods are not always effective on their own.
Our approach offers children a safe space to release their emotions and reshape their mindset—supporting long-term positive behavioral change and emotional growth.

Negative Social Media Influence Therapy
Social media has a powerful impact on today’s youth, often contributing to issues like cyberbullying, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image struggles, addiction, loneliness, social isolation, sleep disturbances, and the constant need for validation and acceptance.
Our holistic modalities help bridge this gap by guiding children toward self-acceptance and teaching them to embrace who they truly are. We offer resources that shift their mindset, encouraging emotional healing and self-love.
Our goal is to create safe spaces where children can openly express their emotions, process their pain, and develop healthy coping skills.
Instead of sending children to the principal’s office or detention, establishing wellness centers in schools can dramatically improve behavioral outcomes. Giving kids a space to release what’s weighing on them is essential to nurturing positive growth and long-term healing.

Platinum Early Suicide Prevention
A crucial tool that must be implemented among our youth to help them stay grounded and supported in today’s challenging society.
When we begin to notice signs like withdrawal, lack of communication, or vindictive behavior, it’s time to take immediate action.
